• Products bound for international locations are contingent upon prior approvals from governmental export licensing authority.

• Pricing and lead times provided will be held valid per the response.

• Any purchase order resulting from this process does not require the Customer to purchase all products quoted.  A customer may elect to issue individual Purchase Orders for line item requirements.  However, should Customer elect to individually issue purchase orders or adjust initial quantities requested the pricing may vary and require requoting.
